Prize

The “Tickets for Year Contest” grand prize is a pair of tickets to each 92ZEW show in the year 2015. This is defined as concert events in which the radio station WZEW has a active participation, as in a presenting role, or is in partnership with the presenter.

Concerts that are advertised on WZEW are not necessarily included in this criteria. A pair of tickets to each Concert Event that meets the above criteria will be presented to the grand prize winner, on a concert by concert basis prior to the date of concert event during the year 2015.

Qualifying

In order to participate in the “Tickets for a Year Contest” the participant must download and install 92ZEW’s smartphone application for iPhone or Android and register the app using their Twitter account or Facebook Account in order to receive a username required for participation. In addition each participant must opt in to the contest by subscribing to it in the settings area of the 92ZEW smartphone app. This is a totally “opt in” contest and by subscribing each participant is automatically agreeing to comply with all rules, restrictions, and requirements necessary to be eligible to participate and win the contest.

Execution

The “Tickets for a Year Contest” will be conducted from September 9th 2014 through December 1st 2014. Throughout this period WZEW will create multiple opportunities for participants to become qualified for the grand prize drawing. Qualified participants will be notified via push notifications through the 92ZEW smartphone app or through broadcast on WZEW  with instructions on each opportunity to become qualified for the grand prize drawing.

Sometime after December 1st 2014 and before December 31st 2014 WZEW will hold a Grand Prize drawing at a location that will be announced at least two weeks prior to that event.

Other rules apply

WZEW may record and/or broadcast a Participant’s name, voice and the substance of all or any portion of communication with WZEW in regards to participation in this contest.  Except where prohibited by law,  Participant acknowledges that such recording and use may occur and grants WZEW permission to record and use such recordings or content without additional communication with or compensation to Participant.

Disclaimer of Responsibility for Entries:  WZEW is not responsible for problems with Contest entries, including but not limited to, entries which are lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or cannot be completed due to electronic or technical difficulties, even if the problem is the result of the sole or partial negligence of WZEW.
