30 Seconds to Mars will release a documentary series called Into the Wild via the media platform VyRT. Into the Wild follows the band's two and a half year-long world tour in support of their 2009 album, This is War. That tour included 309 shows, which broke the Guinness World Record for the Most Shows Played During an Album Cycle.
Into the Wild will be the second documentary to focus on 30 Seconds to Mars. 2012's Artifact detailed the $30 million lawsuit with record label EMI that surrounded the release of This is War. Bartholomew Cubbins, who directed Artifact, returns to direct Into the Wild.
The regular season pass for Into the Wild costs $49.99, while the VIP season pass, which includes exclusive bonus content and access to the artist, costs $99.99. For those not looking for a commitment, episodes can be bought individually for $3.99. The season premiere of Into the Wild will stream online November 30.
