Credit: Shane TimmAndrew McMahon has announced a pair of drive-in concerts, set to take place July 10 and 11 at the City National Grove in Anaheim, California.
During the shows, McMahon will play the 2005 Jack's Mannequin debut album Everything in Transit in full to celebrate its 15th anniversary, as well as songs from his The Wilderness solo project and his band Something Corporate.
As for the COVID-19-sized elephant in the room, a press release promises that the concerts will "provide the most contactless experience possible," and will "meet or exceed all recommended standards set forth by the CDC and State of California."
"In a time where shows are scarce, this is an opportunity for us to gather safely and celebrate live music under the stars," McMahon says.
