Arcade Fire Create Short Horror Film for Halloween Featuring The National, Slash and Fleet Foxes

Image Courtesy of JF LalondeGiven their penchant for tricks and elaborate costumes, it makes sense that Arcade Fire would celebrate Halloween by making a short film. The nearly 25-minute video, entitled Festi, features appearances from The National, Guns n' Roses guitarist Slash and Fleet Foxes. You can watch the whole thing on Arcade Fire's YouTube page.

Festi starts normally enough with Arcade Fire performing "Ready to Start" at a festival. Then, Will Butler drinks from a cursed bottle of wine, and horror ensues.

Other members of the video's star-studded cast include director Terry Gilliam, ZZ Top, actor Andrew Garfield as "Spiderman" and LCD Soundsystem's James Murphy as "Sad DJ."
