The Metallica tour, meanwhile, will kick off May 10 -- one day later -- in Baltimore, and will continue into August. Along the way, Avenged Sevenfold will be headlining the Carolina Rebellion, Rock Fest and Rock USA festivals.
Avenged Sevenfold will be touring in support of their new album, The Stage.
