AWOLNATION Releases “Windows” Video; Announces North American Tour

Credit: Kari RoweIn anticipation of the release of their sophomore album, Run, AWOLNATION has released the video for their new track "Windows." You can watch the "Windows" video, which is essentially a moving slideshow of sweet dance moves, now on Billboard.com.

Run is AWOLNATION's followup to their 2011 debut album, Megalithic Symphony, which featured the band's breakthrough single, "Sail."

"[Making Run] was stressful, because I just had a different kind of expectation from myself and a different kind of pressure to actually let people down for the first time," frontman Aaron Bruno tells Billboard. "It was just a weird experience to follow up something that exceeded any sort of expectations, or even dreams for that matter, and that I then had the freedom to make a follow-up that people could believe in."

In support of Run, AWOLNATION will spend a large chunk of 2015 on the road. In addition to a tour in Europe, plus appearances at South by Southwest, Sunfest and Bonnaroo, the band will launch a full-scale North American tour beginning May 28 in Vancouver, British Columbia. That tour will run through August 1 in Los Angeles, followed by an appearance at the Kaaboo Music Festival in San Diego. Visit AWOLNATIONMusic.com for all ticket info.

"I can tell you that it's going to sound absolutely brutal live, and extremely good," says Bruno of the new material. "So whether or not people like the songs, that's up to everybody else, but I promise you it'll be great live."
