The track, which you can download now via digital outlets, finds frontman Josh Katz reflecting on hitting the big 3-0. It's accompanied by a video that begins with Katz's band mates and family singing him "Happy Birthday," and ends with a big explosion. You can watch it now via AltPress.com.

"30" follows Badflower's 2019 debut album OK, I'm Sick, which includes the singles "Ghost," "Heroin," "The Jester," and "Promise Me."
