Beastie Boys’ Ad-Rock Designs Shoe in Support of Planned Parenthood

Brad Barket/Getty Images for CBGBAdam "Ad Rock" Horovitz is collaborating with California-based vegan footwear line Keep to launch a new shoe. Designed by the Beastie Boys member, the Keep x Ad-Rock Ramos midtop features a "water-resistant, nylon cordura body" and a "synthetic shearling" lining. Net proceeds from sales of the shoe will be donated to Planned Parenthood.

"I collaborated with Keep shoes not just because I wanted warm sneaks, but because I support small business," says Ad-Rock. "I support women run business. I support Asian-American run business. Net proceeds of this shoe will be donated to Planned Parenthood because I support a woman's right to choose and feel that women should not be punished for making decisions about their own lives and bodies.”

You can pre-order the Keep x Ad-Rock Ramos now via KeepCompany.com. The shoe ships in February.
