Bloc Party has unveiled the details of their new album, Hymns. The band's fifth album, and their first since 2012, will be released January 29 and includes the single "The Love Within," which is streaming now on YouTube.
Since releasing their last album, 2012's Four, Bloc Party parted ways with their original bassist and drummer. The band now consists of founding members Kele Okereke on vocals and Russell Lissack on guitar, plus Justin Harris and Louise Bartle, Bloc Party's new bassist and drummer, respectively.
"Bloc Party started with just Kele and I, and we used to write the songs together, and we found other people and grew from that," says Lissack in a statement. "It feels like that's happened again."
