Bush tangles with machines on new track, “Dystopia”

Credit: Lionel DeluyBush has shared another preview of their forthcoming album Black and White Rainbows in the form of a new song called "Dystopia." You can listen to the track now via Billboard.com.

"It's a real hybrid of stuff I like, using machines and analog stuff -- the band plus machines," frontman Gavin Rossdale tells Billboard of "Dystopia." "I was just thinking of this dystopian world, this underbelly of frustration and fear and persecution and distrust just everything that's going on around us all the time."

The British rocker adds that the song reflects the election of President Donald Trump.

"You have a president who half the country voted for and suddenly nobody voted for him," says Rossdale. "Nobody can make their mind up about him. So it's a very strange time, all the way around."

Black and White Rainbows will be released March 10.
