Officially dubbed the Live & Unpeeled tour, the nine-date outing begins April 10 in Escondido, California and concludes April 30 in Nashville. Tickets will go on sale beginning Friday, March 10 at noon local time via CagetheElephant.com.

"After our recent acoustic performance at the Bridge School Benefit, we wanted to share this intimate experience with our fans and take it on the road," says guitarist Brad Shultz. "We plan to add in a string quartet to make it really cool."

In addition to the acoustic dates, Cage the Elephant will also be playing a number of festivals this spring and summer, including Bonnaroo, Governors Ball and Boston Calling.
