Dick Clark ProductionsThe 2016 American Music Awards will be held tonight, and the show will feature performances by Green Day and Twenty One Pilots. Twenty One Pilots will be making their AMA debuts, while Green Day will return to the AMA stage for the first time since 2009.
In addition to performing, Twenty One Pilots are also nominated in two AMA categories: Favorite Pop/Rock Duo or Group and Favorite Alternative Rock Artist. For the Favorite Alternative Rock Artist title, the "Stressed Out" duo will be competing against Coldplay and X Ambassadors.
The 2016 American Music Awards will air live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles November 20 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC. Here are all of the nominees:
