The Scottish trio posted a picture of themselves to Instagram, mugging for the camera and looking a little pastey, with the caption, "When you are finished recording an album after 5 months in the studio."
The group provided no further details, but back in January, Martin Doherty told NME that he and his band mates were looking to channel Prince and Michael Jackson for the new record.
"I think we'll use fewer instruments but ultimately try and do more with them," Doherty says. "When you listen to a Michael Jackson song or a Prince song, you realize there's absolutely nothing in it but an amazing bass line, drums and singing. We want to channel some of that."
