Image Group LA/ABCThe world will have new Coldplay music in 2017. According to Chris Martin, the band is prepping an EP to be released next year.
"Hello everyone, we're working on some new songs for next year," he writes on Twitter. "It's called the Kaleidoscope EP."
The EP will be Coldplay's first batch of new music since they released their album A Head Full of Dreams in 2015.
Coldplay will also be spending their 2017 on the road, including a North American run kicking off August 1 in New York City.
