In a Reddit Ask Me Anything session, Corey Taylor named his personal heavy metal Mount Rushmore. The Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman chose Metallica bassist Cliff Burton, Ronnie James Dio, Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham and Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Randy Rhoads as the four metal musicians he'd carve into stone.
Elsewhere in the AMA, Taylor revealed Slipknot's "Spit It Out" and "Everything Ends" and Stone Sour's "Bother" as the three songs he'd use to summarize his career.
"Because you should never take for granted the gifts that Life has given you," he says.
Taylor is currently on a solo tour in support of his new book, You're Making Me Hate You. He'll hit the road with Slipknot on their Summer's Last Stand tour starting July 24 in West Palm Beach, Florida. As for Stone Sour, Taylor says the band is currently writing new material and will tour "sometime late next year."
