Dave Grohl, The Black Keys and Metallica Playing Tuesday’s “The Concert for Valor”

Image Courtesy of ABCIn honor of Veteran's Day, HBO will air The Concert for Valor live from the National Mall in Washington, D.C. The concert will feature an all-star lineup including Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl, The Black Keys and Metallica, among many others.

In a video promo for the event, Grohl, alongside celebrities like Tom Hanks and Oprah Winfrey, asks viewers to take photos of themselves placing their hands over their hearts to honor American's veterans and service members and posting them to social media, tagging them with the hashtag #TheConcertforValor. You can watch the promo on YouTube.

Other artists who will perform at The Concert for Valor include Bruce Springsteen, country group Zac Brown Band, rapper Eminem and pop stars Carrie Underwood, Rihanna, Jessie J and Jennifer Hudson. Brown and Grohl have been recent collaborators -- he played on the Sonic Highways track "Congregation" -- so there's a possibility the two will join forces again during the special.

The Concert for Valor will air on HBO beginning at 7 p.m. ET. Non-subscribers will be able to view the special as well.
