Credit: Travis ShinnAfter a four year hiatus, Disturbed will be releasing their comeback album Immortalized this summer. In honor of their return, the band filmed their time in the studio recording Immortalized for a making-of web series. Disturbed has now released the first minute-long episode of the series, which you can watch on YouTube.
"Here we are kids, Disturbed, new record, day one," says drummer Mike Wengren in the video. "We are in the middle of the Nevada desert on secret location right outside of Area 51. This is very top secret, you don't even know what's happening right now, you won't even see the footage until the record's done."
Wengren, frontman David Draiman and guitarist Don Donegan met up in January 2014 to begin writing material for Immortalized, marking the first time all three had collectively written together since 2001.
