T-Boy Records/UMeEagles of Death Metal, featuring Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme and Jesse Hughes, have released a trailer for their forthcoming album, Zipper Down. In the video, Homme and Hughes brainstorm ideas on how to promote the album. You can watch the Zipper Down trailer now at Pitchfork.com.
Some of the ideas Homme and Hughes pitch include making a sex tape, kidnapping an heiress or holding a bikini car wash at a Prius dealership. Each ridiculous idea is accompanied by an equally ridiculous costume change. At the end of the clip, Homme asks Hughes what their record company wants to do to promote Zipper Down.
"Nothing," Hughes replies.
"Well let's do that," Homme says.
Zipper Down, Eagles of Death Metal's first album in seven years, will be released on October 2.
