President Obama's Hawaiian vacation has ended, but he made sure to fit in some quality time with Eddie Vedder before heading back to Washington.
The president, plus his daughters Sasha and Malia, visited with the Pearl Jam frontman and his family in Hawaii on Saturday, according to the White House.
The get-together isn't as odd as it may seem on the surface. Vedder, who has a home in the Oahu town of Kailua, is a supporter of the president; he performed the ukulele at a fundraiser for Obama in Tampa, Florida, in 2012.
Obama and his family left Oahu and returned to D.C. on Sunday.
