Shane McCauleyElle King has got herself a gold single. The singer-songwriter's Alternative radio-topping hit "Ex's & Oh's" has been certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America.
"Ex's & Oh's" was the number-one single at Alternative radio for three straight weeks. King is only the second female artist in 18 years to score a number-one hit at the format, following Lorde's "Royals."
"Ex's and Oh's" is the lead single from King's debut full-length album, Love Stuff. She is currently on a U.K. tour in support of the record alongside James Bay, and she'll launch her own headlining tour November 17 in Columbia, Missouri. Next year, King will join Vance Joy on his Fire and the Flood tour.
