If you're missing the voice of Adam Gontier, you have a new band to check out. The former Three Days Grace frontman has formed Saint Asonia, a new rock group also featuring Staind guitarist Mike Mushok, ex-Finger Eleven drummer Rich Beddoe, and Dark New Day bassist Corey Lowery.
Saint Asonia's debut single, "Better Place," is now available for download on iTunes.
"I was looking for a project to do while Staind is on hiatus and the opportunity to work with Adam on writing and recording new music was something I just couldn’t pass up," says Mushok of the project.
"Truth is, we're more like refugees that just really hit it off creatively," adds Gontier.
Saint Asonia is currently in the studio working on their debut full-length record, which will be released this summer. The band made their live debut at the Rock on the Range festival over the weekend, and plan to launch their own short North American tour.
