Fall Out Boy spent their summer touring with rapper Wiz Khalifa, and now they've gone genre hopping once again. Patrick Stump and company will be performing at this year's Country Music Association Awards. The band will take the stage with country star Thomas Rhett for a one-off collaboration on the show, which honors the best in country music.
This year has seen a few rock and country collaborations: earlier this year, Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell lent his voice to Zac Brown Band's song "Heavy Is the Head," which reached number one on Billboard's Mainstream Rock Songs.
Country stars Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley will host the 49th Annual CMA Awards, which air Wednesday, November 4 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
