Framing Hanley to Break Up After Final Tour

Credit: Mark Anthony Jeffries Framing Hanley has decided to call it quits. The band posted a lengthy message on their Facebook page Monday explaining that they will be breaking up after a final tour.

"At this juncture in our lives, we know that we can not give Framing Hanley the time/attention/and overall nurturing required to keep this thing running in the capacity it has been for 8 years," the band writes. "Out of respect for what we’ve accomplished together, we have decided that this is the time to close the book on Framing Hanley."

Framing Hanley will begin their last tour, unofficially dubbed the FHarewell Tour, on April 24 in Tupelo, Mississippi. The current slate of dates runs through the end of May, but the band is planning to add more tour stops through June.

"Thank you for ever being a part of this ride," the band's statement continues. "We love you. You changed our lives."

Framing Hanley first broke through with their cover of rapper Lil' Wayne's "Lollipop." The band's current single "Collide," from their latest album, The Sum of Who We Are, is now charting at Active Rock radio.
