Image Courtesy of Warner Music GroupJohnny Marr has released the video for "Dynamo," a track from the former Smiths guitarist's latest solo album, Playland. Directed by production company Sitcom Soldiers and Mat Bancroft, the quick cutting video shows Marr and his band rocking out the happy, upbeat track in a light bulb-lit venue in front of a small group of fans.
Playland is Marr's second solo album, following 2013's The Messenger. Marr previously told ABC News Radio that Playland came so quickly after his debut solo effort because he was "inspired and I thought the ideas were good" and that he "just didn't really see any reason to stop."
Marr is currently on tour in North America through a two night stop in Los Angeles on December 19 and 20. Visit Johnny-Marr.com for more information.
