Neil Mockford/GC ImagesLast August Liam Gallagher announced that he'd be releasing a solo album. No word yet on when it will be released, but apparently it does have a name. On Sunday the former Oasis and Beady Eye front man tweeted, "...the name of my fab new record is AS YOU WERE."
He prefaced the announcement by writing, "To all you you you haters out there and I know there's only the 1," possibly taking a dig at his estranged brother and former Oasis band mate Noel Gallagher.
Liam has a small number of solo shows lined up, including a North American solo appearance at Montreal's Osheaga music festival, talking place August 4-6.
