Credit: Tom BeardLiam Gallagher has released a new song called "One of Us," which will appear on his upcoming solo album, Why Me? Why Not.
The track, available now for digital download, features Gallagher's son Gene on bongos and Nick Zinner of Yeah Yeah Yeahs on guitar.
"'One of Us' is about family, friendship and a sense of belonging," Liam says. "I love the groove and the gospel outro. It reminds me of ['60s R&B group] The Sweet Inspirations."
Why Me? Why Not. is the second solo effort from the ex-Oasis vocalist, following 2017's As You Were. It arrives September 20.
