Have you ever wondered what new music the artists you love are checking out? Starting today, the song tagging app Shazam is giving you a window into exactly what sounds music's biggest rock bands are jamming to.
Linkin Park, Pearl Jam, Fall Out Boy, Imagine Dragons and Coldplay are a few of the artists who are participating in Shazam's new music discovery program. When you follow your favorites on Shazam, you'll now be able to see what songs they've been Shazaming, and listen to them, too. You can also give feedback directly to the artist about what you think about their taste in music.
"Shazam is one of my favorite ways to discover music," says Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda. "I'm excited for the next step in its evolution, and happy that Fort Minor and Linkin Park can play a role."
"As an artist, I'm a big fan of discovering new music and Shazam helps me keep a pulse on that," adds Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz. "I'm stoked to be able to share what I'm into with millions of fellow music fans."
