Credit: James MinchinLast week, Linkin Park was forced to cancel the remainder of their North American headlining dates due to a foot injury suffered by frontman Chester Bennington. Though the cause of the injury has not been revealed, Bennington has taken to Twitter to share photos of himself post-injury.

"Lookin good," Bennington captions one photos of a stitched-up wound on the inside of his swollen right ankle. Another photo, showing and even larger run of stitches up the other side of his ankle and leg, which nears a tattoo is captioned: "Thanks for stopping at the tattoo Doc."

The canceled tour was LP's North American stint supporting the band's latest album, The Hunting Party. Rise Against and Of Mice & Men were also on the bill as support.

As of now, Linkin Park is still scheduled to headline a variety of summer festivals, including Rock in Rio USA, Rocklahoma and Rock on the Range.
