Image Courtesy of Gavin BondMuse has confirmed that they will be working on their new studio album with legendary producer Robert "Mutt" Lange, who has been at the helm for classic albums by AC/DC and Def Leppard.
"We are honoured to be making our new album with this legendary producer. #backinblack," reads the Instagram caption on a photo of Lange and AC/DC that the band posted.
In addition to producing AC/DC's iconic 1980 album, Back in Black, and Def Leppard's massively successful Pyromania and Hysteria, Lange also worked with Nickelback, Foreigner and The Cars.
Muse originally announced their new album, which will be their sixth studio effort, earlier this month when they created the Instagram account for the band. All other details regarding the album, such as a title or release date, have yet to be announced.
