Credit: Matt McGinleyNick Hexum is hopping genres. The 311 frontman has lent his vocals to the track "Head in the Clouds," recorded by electronic duo Disco Fries. The song will appear on Disco Fries' forthcoming EP, Autonomous. You can listen to "Head in the Clouds" now on Billboard.com.
Hexum isn't the only rocker to guest on Autonomous -- Our Lady Peace vocalist Raine Maida also will make an appearance on the EP. In addition, the release will feature an acoustic version of "Head in the Clouds."
