“Our enemies are thirsty”: Listen to Modest Mouse song, “Poison the Well”

Epic RecordsModest Mouse has returned with a song called "Poison the Well," the band's first new track in four years.

If you want to hear Isaac Brock spit lyrics like "Poison the well/Our enemies are thirsty," you can download the tune now via digital outlets.

"Poison the Well" will also be available as a limited-edition triangular vinyl single for Record Store Day, April 13. The disc is backed by a previously unreleased B-side titled "I'm Still Here." Visit RecordStoreDay.com for participating stores.

Modest Mouse's most recent album is 2015's Strangers to Ourselves. Perhaps we'll hear more new music from the band ahead of their fall tour with The Black Keys, kicking off September 23 in Denver.
