Credit: Ben DugganPapa Roach has been working on a new album, and frontman Jacoby Shaddix has shared an update on its progress. Speaking to U.K. magazine Rock Sound, Shaddix reveals that the band has 12 songs finished for the record.
"There's bangers in there," Shaddix declares. "We're gonna go back and do one more track and see if we can beat one of the songs, and we'll have a full-length record ready to go."
As for when you'll get to hear the latest batch of Papa Roach bangers, Shaddix says the album will arrive "either later this year or early next year."
The new album will be the follow-up to 2017's Crooked Teeth, which features the singles "Help" and "Born for Greatness."
Meanwhile, you can also hear Shaddix on the new song "The Reckoning" by symphonic metal band Within Temptation.
