Fueled by RamenLast year, Paramore enjoyed their first-ever fan cruise, dubbed PARAHOY! It featured the band, of course, but also some of their friends, such as Tegan & Sara, and New Found Glory, whose guitarist Chad Gilbert is now engaged to Paramore's Hayley Williams. The experience was so enjoyable, Paramore's bringing the cruise back for 2016.
The second installment of PARAHOY! will set sail from Miami on March 5, 2016 on the Norwegian Pearl, and travel to Cozumel, Mexico. As before, the cruise will feature live concerts from Paramore and their hand-selected special guests, Q&A sessions, theme nights and "Paraoke" with the band members. A few months before the first cruise launched, ABC Radio asked Williams if the band would turn it into an annual event. She said at the time, "We'll have to see how it goes...we've never done anything like this before and we wanted to do something different. So, if it goes really well...I mean, we'll try anything twice."
