Credit: Peter YangPhish's New York City New Year's Eve tradition will continue this year with four nights at Madison Square Garden. The jam band will return to MSG for shows on December 30 and 31, plus January 1 and 2 to help ring in 2016.
The request period for tickets to Phish's MSG shows is now underway at Tickets.Phish.com. Tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning October 2 at noon ET.
Since 1994, Phish has played Madison Square Garden 31 times.
After the New Year's shows, Phish will host their first stand-alone resort concert called Phish: Riviera Maya. The multi-day event will be held January 15-17 at the Barceló Maya Beach Resort in Mexico.
