Image Courtesy of HBOKurt Cobain's childhood home in Aberdeen, Washington has been on sale since 2013, and now the house's price has been dropped again. Originally listed for $500,000, the house is currently listed at $329,000 after being dropped to $400,000 earlier this year.
While the listing claims purchasing the house is "a lifetime opportunity to own a piece of rock history," real estate website Curbed.com says that the property is "in disrepair and in need of some serious upgrading."
If you don't have $329,000, you can also get a look at Cobain's childhood home in the Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck documentary, which currently is in theaters. On November 6, the same day Montage of Heck will be released on Blu-ray/DVD, an album full of Cobain's personal demos also will be released.
