Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Offspring, Alter Bridge among headliners at Rock in Rio |

Credit: Steve KerosThe full Rock in Rio festival lineup is out and it's a doozy.

According to an announcement on the festival's website, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Offspring and Alter Bridge are among the headliners of the giant, multi-day Brazilian festival which is returning to Rio de Janeiro for the first time since 2015. Recent festivals have been held in Las Vegas and Lisbon, Portugal.

Also on the bill for the event are The Who, Guns N' Roses, Aerosmith, Alice Cooper and Billy Idol.

Rock in Rio takes place September 15-17 and September 21-24.
