Cliff Lipson/CBSFoo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl reportedly injured his leg while playing a concert in Sweden on Friday. A rep for the Foo Fighters declined to comment on the report for ABC Radio, but in a fan-shot video posted to YouTube, you can see Grohl lying down after he reportedly fell from the giant video screens surrounding the stage.
"I think I just broke my leg," Grohl is heard saying in the video. "I think I really broke my leg."
"Right now, I'm gonna go to the hospital, I'ma fix my leg," he continues. "But then I'm gonna come back, and we're going to play for you again! I'm so sorry."
A separate photo posted on Instagram shows Grohl back on stage sitting down in a chair as a doctor cares for his leg.
The next Foo Fighters concert is scheduled for the Pinkpop Festival in The Netherlands.
