Report: Former Korn Drummer Sues Band

TMZ reports that Silveria tried to rejoin Korn in 2013, but his former band mates didn't welcome him back. Silveria was reportedly angry that Korn allowed original guitarist Brian "Head" Welch to return to the band after an eight year absence, but did not extend to him the same offer.

Silveria was a founding member of Korn, along with Welch, frontman Jonathan Davis, guitarist James "Munky" Shaffer, and bassist Reginald "Fieldy" Arvizu. He played on Korn's first seven albums.  Korn's current drummer is Ray Luzier.
