Liam Gallagher's two-year legal battle with journalist Liza Ghorbani over custody of their two-year-old daughter, Gemma, has been settled, the New York Daily News reports. Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Laura Drager approved the settlement Thursday morning.
Though the terms of the settlement are confidential, Gallagher is believed to be paying more that $5,000 a month.
Gallagher was not present in court for the proceedings. The former Oasis frontman had been fined twice previously for missing custody hearings, although his absence Thursday was excused.
Gallagher first met Ghorbani in 2010 when she was writing a story on him for The New York Times.
