Interscope RecordsThe inaugural Rock in Rio USA will begin today in Las Vegas with sets from No Doubt, The Pretty Reckless, Foster the People, Gary Clark Jr. and Bleachers. In case you couldn't make it out to Sin City for the big event, the festival will be streamed live on Yahoo beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET.
The second day of Rock in Rio USA, May 9, will also stream live on Yahoo. Day two will feature headlining sets from Metallica and Deftones, plus performances by Linkin Park, Rise Against, Coheed and Cambria, Of Mice & Men and Hollywood Undead.
Rock in Rio USA is a two-weekend festival -- the "rock weekend" happens May 8-9, and the "pop weekend," featuring artists like Taylor Swift and Bruno Mars, will be held May 15-16.
This weekend marks the first time a version of the Rock in Rio festival will be held in the United States. This year's installment of Rock in Rio proper, held in Rio de Janerio, Brazil in September, boasts a lineup including Metallica, Queens of the Stone Age, Royal Blood, System of a Down, Slipknot and Faith No More.
