Credit: Jamie WeilandEx-Stone Temple Pilots frontman Scott Weiland may have settled his legal disputes with his old band, but his former attorneys reportedly believe he still owes them money. According to TMZ, law firm G&M Law is suing Weiland for $50 thousand in unpaid fees.
G&M claims to have represented Weiland in 2013 when STP sued their former singer for continuing to use the band's name and playing their songs to further his solo career. The firm says it also helped Weiland file a counter-suit against STP, which alleged that the remaining band members conspired to expel him from the group.
Weiland later moved on to another law firm, but G&M says that Weiland still owes money for the work they did.
Weiland is currently busy with his new band, Scott Weiland and the Wildabouts. The group will play the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles on October 5.
