"We have a fire burning inside us and we feel these songs represent this new energy," Witherspoon tells Billboard. "It's been a long road and a lot of work, and we are so happy that the Sevendust family is able to hear it a week early."

Sevendust's last album, 2014's Time Travelers & Bonfires, was an acoustic record featuring unplugged re-workings of some of the band's hits, as well as six new acoustic tracks. Kill the Flaw is Sevendust's first electric album since 2013's Black Out the Sun.

Sevendust is currently on tour in support of Kill the Flaw, and they will join Shinedown and Breaking Benjamin's co-headlining trek in November.
