The former Spice Girl wed Formula 1 boss Christian Horner, 41, Friday at St. Mary's church in Woburn, Bedfordshire, in the United Kingdom, The Daily Mail reported.
Prior to the ceremony, the bride Instagrammed a sneak peak of her something old, new, borrowed, and blue.
All included vintage pearl earrings, a glimpse of her dress, a diamond necklace, and a blue bow, which she titled "Bluebell," as an ode to her daughter from a former relationship.
Guests at the church included the bride's friend and fellow former Spice Girl Emma Bunton, TV host Amanda Holden and singer Myleene Klass.
After saying "I do," Halliwell shared a kiss with her new husband while family and friends snapped photos outside the doorway.
The couple's nuptials came following a six-month engagement, which Halliwell announced via Twitter on November 11.
