Credit: Vijat MohindraThe 1975 will release a new song today called "By Your Side." The track will premiere on Tuesday, February 21 at 2 p.m. ET on the U.K.'s BBC Radio 1.
"By Your Side" is the first new track from The 1975 since they released their sophomore album, I like it when you sleep, for you are so beautiful yet so unaware of it, last year.
This week, The 1975 also will be performing at the 2017 Brit Awards, the British equivalent of the Grammys. The ceremony will be held Wednesday, February 22 in London.
The 1975 will be arriving stateside this spring for a U.S. headlining tour, which starts April 15 in Allen, Texas.
