The Offspring’s “Coming for You” Tops “Billboard’s” Mainstream Rock Songs Chart

Credit: Sam JonesThe Offspring's "Coming for You" has conquered Billboard's Mainstream Rock Songs chart. The band's comeback single has reached the number-one spot, dethroning Foo Fighters' "Congregation."

"Coming for You" is The Offspring's first new song in three years. The band is currently working on their 10th studio album, which will be the followup to 2012's Days Go By.

In other charting news, "Heavy Is the Head," the collaboration between Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell and country group Zac Brown Band, rises to number three on Mainstream Rock Songs. "Heavy Is the Head" will appear on Zac Brown Band's forthcoming album, Jekyll + Hyde.

Meanwhile, on the Alternative Songs chart, Mumford & Sons' "Believe" holds strong at number one for the second straight week. Twenty One Pilots' "Tear in My Heart," from their upcoming album Blurryface, debuts on the Alternative Songs chart at number 22.
