Like the album’s first single, “Being Beige,” “Tiberius” features a big, sweeping chorus while also incorporating a few loud-quiet-loud moments, a la Pixies and Nirvana. “Tiberius” is now streaming on YouTube.
Billy Corgan and company have now released three songs from Monuments to an Elegy: “Tiberius,” “Being Beige” and"One and All." The latter two tracks feature Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee.
Monuments to an Elegy, which will be released on December 9, is the first of two forthcoming albums from The Pumpkins, the other entitled Day and Night. Day and Night is due out in 2015.
