Credit: Steve KerosRed Hot Chili Peppers will make a cameo in an upcoming music-focused movie from reclusive director Terrence Malick. According to IndieWire, Song to Song will be released in March.
Described as a "modern love story set against the Austin, Texas music scene," Song to Song stars Ryan Gosling, Rooney Mara, Natalie Portman and Michael Fassbender. Along with the Chili Peppers, the film will feature appearances from Iggy Pop, Florence + the Machine, Lykke Li and Patti Smith.
In addition to seeing them in the movie theater, you can catch Red Hot Chili Peppers on the road this year touring North America in support of their new album, The Getaway. The trek kicks off January 5 in San Antonio, Texas and will run all the way to July.
