Madley Croft revealed the news on Monday in an Instagram post featuring a photo of the newly-engaged couple kissing. In the caption, she wrote, "Last night, a very special person asked me a very beautiful question....I said yes!"
Marshall is a designer and visual artist who has worked with The xx, Florence + the Machine and Janet Jackson.
Fittingly, the engagement announcement comes just after The xx released a new song called "Say Something Loving." The track appears on the band's forthcoming album I See You, which drops January 13.
