Tom DeLonge plans on rejoining Blink-182 in the future

Blink recruited Alkaline Trio frontman Matt Skiba and released the 2016 album California, while DeLonge has been focused on his To the Stars Academy of Arts and Sciences UFO research program, as well as upcoming new Angels & Airwaves music.

However, DeLonge apparently has designs on getting back together with his former band mates.

"Trust me, I love Blink and it's given me everything in my life," DeLonge tells Kerrang!. "And, you know, I plan on doing it in the future."

However, DeLonge doesn't see that reunion happening any time soon -- he says he currently has "way too much going on," what with To the Stars and AVA. In fact, AVA just dropped the new single "Rebel Girl" and will embark on their first tour in seven years this fall.

Blink, meanwhile, just released the new song "Blame It on My Youth," the first single from their next album. They'll spend their summer on a co-headlining tour with rapper Lil Wayne starting June 27 in Columbus, Ohio.
