Governors Ball Music FestivalTool is coming back to New York City for the first time in 11 years to headline the 2017 Governors Ball festival, scheduled to be held June 2-4 on Randall's Island Park.
Along with Tool, the Gov Ball lineup includes Phoenix, Lorde, Cage the Elephant, The Head and the Heart, Royal Blood, Phantogram, Franz Ferdinand, The Strumbellas, Judah & the Lion, Saint Motel and Bleachers, among others.
